LLM Intranet Chatbot
For the Chatbot UI design, I crafted an intuitive interface for a Large Language Model integrated with our internal documentation. The goal was to streamline the user experience by providing staff with tailored responses, cutting out the endless search through mounds of documentation.

To align with the company's vibrant color palette, I worked closely with our graphic designers to request a dynamic background image that reflects our brand's energy. Drawing inspiration from our company mascot, I designed the UI to give users the feeling that they’re interacting with a helpful, friendly assistant, making their search for information not only faster but more enjoyable.
Rate it.
To ensure continuous improvement and user satisfaction, I incorporated a feedback component within the chatbot interface. This feature includes a star rating system, allowing users to quickly rate their experience, as well as a text box where they can provide additional comments or details. By capturing this feedback, we can gain valuable insights into how the application is performing and identify areas for enhancement, ensuring that the chatbot evolves to meet the needs of our staff and improve overall usability.
